The Mind Gut Conversation Podcast

Liz Carlisle is an organic farming educator, lecturer at the School of Earth, Energy and Environmental Sciences at Stanford University, and an assistant professor in the Environmental Studies program at the University of California in Santa Barbara. She is the author of two books about the transition to sustainable farming: Lentil Underground (winner of the 2016 Montana Book Award) and Grain by Grain, co-authored with farmer Bob Quinn.
